To start a return, simply email us at info@iandk7.com within 3 working days, including your order ID and the reason for your return. We kindly ask that you include an unboxing video with your request, as this helps us ensure a smooth resolution for everyone.
Please note: Unboxing video is mandatory for all return requests.
While we’re unable to offer cash refunds, all approved returns will receive store credit in the form of a gift card with unlimited validity, so you can choose something you’ll truly love in the future! Please note, there is a reverse shipping fee of INR 60 per order, which will be deducted from your store credit when we receive the returned product.

- Damaged or Missing Items
Your satisfaction is very important to us! Each item is carefully checked through our quality process, but if your jewelry arrives damaged or incomplete, please let us know within 3 days of delivery.- Email us with an unboxing video clearly highlighting the issue.
- Only the affected items from multi-product orders can be returned.
- Store credit will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item(s).
Please make sure your video is clear and shows the damage, all labels, tags, and original packaging. We may also request a 360-degree parcel video to fairly assess your claim. If evidence is unclear or if we notice signs of tampering, your request may not be honored. Final decisions rest with our team, as we strive to protect all our customers.

- Order-Level Processing
Returns or exchanges are processed for entire orders, not for individual items within an order. - Combo or Gift Box Items
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for individual parts of gift sets or combos. - One year warranty
In addition to our 48-hour return and refund policy, we are pleased to offer a 1-year warranty on color fading only for our 18K gold plated jewelry products above Rs.599. We take pride in the durability and finish of our items, and we guarantee that the color will last under normal usage for one year from the date of purchase. If your jewelry experiences color fading within this one-year period, you are entitled to a free replacement. However, there are a few conditions that must be met in order to claim this warranty:
1. You must provide a valid warranty card that was issued at the time of purchase. This card is essential as it verifies your purchase and the warranty coverage.
2. You must submit a live photo or video of the faded jewelry, clearly showing the loss of color.
3. The warranty must be claimed within one year from the original purchase date.
Without both the warranty card and the visual proof of fading, we regret that we will not be able to process your replacement request. Please keep your warranty card safe and accessible, as it is required to validate any claim related to color fading.
Please note that our 1-year warranty strictly covers color fading only. It does not cover any physical damage, misuse, mishandling, or natural wear and tear of the jewelry. All warranty and return claims are subject to inspection and verification by our quality assurance team. We reserve the right to approve or reject any claim based on the evidence provided and the condition of the product.
